You may return items within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of refund approval. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 3–5 business days after approval; additional time may be required by your payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
To request an exchange (size, color, or model), contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges depend on stock availability; we will guide you through the process once you contact us.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at 077 650 3603. Keep the packaging and send photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping) depending on your preference and availability.
Return Shipping
